1. Use of the Site

ClickyFix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site
• Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or overload the Site
• Upload or process files that contain malicious code, malware, or illegal content
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Site without express written permission

2. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, code, and tools, is the property of ClickyFix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source libraries used by the Site remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their respective open-source licences.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, that results will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose, or that defects will be corrected. You use all tools at your own risk. Always maintain your own backups of files you process using our tools.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKYFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £10 GBP.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses Google AdSense for advertising and Vercel for hosting. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies which apply independently of these Terms.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
