What is ClickyFix?
ClickyFix is a free, browser-based tool platform. We build practical tools that people need every day — PDF compressors, image optimisers, calculators, file converters — and make them available for free, forever.
Unlike many "free" tools that limit functionality, force sign-ups, or quietly upload your files to remote servers, ClickyFix is built differently: everything runs directly in your browser. Your files never leave your device. We have no user accounts, no data collection, and no upload infrastructure — because we simply don't need them.
Our principles
Privacy first
Your files are never uploaded to our servers. Processing happens entirely on your device using WebAssembly and JavaScript.
No friction
No account required. No email verification. No premium tier. Open the tool, use it, leave.
Genuinely free
All tools are free to use with no usage limits. We sustain the site through non-intrusive advertising only.
Works everywhere
Every tool is responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile without installing any software.
How we keep the lights on
ClickyFix is supported by Google AdSense advertising. Ads are displayed on tool pages and blog posts. We do not sell your data, run subscription traps, or paywall any feature. Ads are the only revenue source.
The technology
ClickyFix is built with Next.js 16 (React 19) and deployed on Vercel. All client-side tool processing uses open-source libraries:
- pdf-lib — PDF manipulation and compression
- Squoosh (Google) — Image compression via WebAssembly
- FFmpeg.wasm — File format conversion in the browser
- Tesseract.js — OCR image-to-text
